At Cold Stone Creamery, it's important that we give back to our community in positive and rewarding ways.  We're talking about more than just serving up amazing ice cream;  we're talking about getting involved - having a meaningful role in our local communities, supporting good causes and influencing positive change.

Cold Stone Creamery has raised nearly $3 million for the Make-a-Wish Foundation, which grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.

This years Make-a-Wish kids, Emily and Jack, have created 2 great creations.

EMILY'S CREATION: Nutter Butter ice cream mixed with yellow cake, Kit-Kats and White Chocolate Chips.

JACK'S CREATION:  Marshmallow ice cream mixed with Oreo cookies, Chocolate Chips and Fudge.

I-MIX CONTEST UPDATE                                     

As of September 25, 2008 Brendon Moise, Albert Lea's i-Mix contestant is in 11th place.  He is just 10 votes away from 10th place.  With only 10 votes, we can put Albert Lea's contestant in the top 10!  This is out of 1,350 high school contestants nationwide.  Brendon is doing great, but still needs your votes. 

Stop out to Cold Stone Creamery at Trail's Travel Center and enjoy his creation: MINTY MIRACLE.  It is made up of mint ice cream, brownie, chocolate shavings, fudge.  Delicious!!!

The contest will run through December 31, 2008. At that time, someone from  the top 20 contestants will win $30,000 package prize including a car.
